Where we ship

We ship free of charge to the whole European Union, Norway, Switzerland, the United States and Canada. Shipping is included in the price shown; no delivery cost is added at checkout.

Dispatch

We hold stock in two warehouses, one in Europe and one in the United States, and your order ships from whichever is closer to you. Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays leave on the next business day.

Delivery times

Delivery normally takes 1–5 business days in Europe and 2–6 business days in the United States and Canada. These are estimates: carrier or customs delays can add time. Unless we have agreed otherwise with you, we deliver within 30 days at the latest.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by e-mail as soon as your parcel ships. If tracking stops moving, write to contact@handsfreedryer.com with your order number, and we chase the carrier for you.

Taxes and duties

Prices shown to customers in the EU include VAT. Orders to the United States ship from inside the United States, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery; any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout. For other destinations outside the EU, local import duties or taxes may apply where they are not collected at checkout.

Damaged or missing parcels

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If your parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived within the estimated time, contact us: we resolve it with a replacement or a refund, at no cost to you.
