  • Schedule: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the following business day.

  • Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as your order is handed over to our courier partners.

Shipping Costs & Tracking

Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number sent via email. This allows you to monitor your package in real-time until it reaches your door. If you do not see your tracking email, please check your spam folder.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • EU Orders: All prices include applicable VAT. No additional customs fees apply for deliveries within the European Union.

  • USA, Canada & International: Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees as determined by the destination country. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged on Arrival: If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and contents and contact us within 48 hours at info@handsfreedryer.eu. Please include your order number.

  • Lost Shipments: If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us so we can investigate the matter with the courier.

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held liable for undelivered items due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping returned items.
