Returns policy

Sold by Aqraab, Beverwijk, the Netherlands (see company details). This page explains our returns in plain language; the binding text is the refund policy.

30 days to decide

You have 30 days from delivery to return the HandsFreeDryer for a full refund, no reason needed. That is longer than the 14 days EU law requires, and it applies to discounted orders too.

Condition

Send the dryer back complete (dryer, tripod, wall mount, travel case and cable) in its original packaging. You may unpack it and try it as you would in a shop. If it comes back damaged or used beyond that, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.

How to start a return

Fill in our return request form (it takes two minutes) or email contact@handsfreedryer.com with your order number. We send return instructions and the return address within one business day. Please wait for them before shipping: parcels that arrive unannounced cannot be matched to an order.

Who pays the return shipping

If you change your mind, you pay the cost of sending the dryer back; the exact cost is in the return instructions. If the product arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, return shipping is on us and you choose between a replacement and a refund.

Refunds

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return, usually within 5 to 7 business days of it arriving. Where you paid a delivery charge we refund that too; our standard shipping is free, so there is normally nothing extra to return.

Two-year guarantee

Every HandsFreeDryer comes with the legal conformity guarantee: for two years after delivery we repair, replace or refund a dryer that turns out not to work as it should. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage or use outside the manual. To claim, use the return request form or email us your order number and a short description (a photo or video helps).

Bought at LELUNAR.COM?

The same 30-day window and two-year guarantee apply, but the contract is with that store. Start the return there, or email us and we point you to the right place.
